A two-story 40,950 SF building designed to accommodate food catering facilities for students at Chapman University, Orange. 650-seat Dining Hall with the different food ‘stations’ carefully located to encourage easy circulation and to provide views to the exterior. Further seating is provided in trellis covered outdoor patios. This building also houses, on the second floor, a 240-seat Conference Center and three hotel suites to house visiting guest lecturers. In keeping with the historical architectural style of the neighborhood, the building was designed in a contemporary Craftsman style, utilizing stone clad walls, wood trellises and shallow pitched copper roofs.
