PROJECT ARCHITECT

Location: Irvine Office

Description: The Project Architect will work as part of a team contributing to the overall development and implementation of a specific architectural project.

Responsibilities and Duties: He or she will assist with planning, coordinating and administering projects through all phases of development; contribute to establishment of budgets, prepares schedules, and monitoring adherence to terms of agreements. He or she assists with production of working drawings and construction documents on projects and contributes to a team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully. The Project Architect will prepare reviews and/or approve various reports, forms, correspondence, e-mail messages, logs, budget documents, quality control of construction documents, and group goals and objectives. Duties also include ensuring quality and completeness of documentation and communicating activities with team members, as needed.
